Future Work Planned

· Remove and replace damaged and compromised beams, posts, girders and floor joists with new wood. 

· Repair, replace and install new foundations for the additions (the foundation for the original, main part of the mill does not currently need repairs)

· Repair brick walls as necessary

· Reinstall the mill stones

· Complete 1st floor, floor joists system

· Complete second floor, floor joists system

· Reinstall sifter

· Complete 3rd floor, floor joists stems

· Complete roof framing

· Install new metal roof

· Install new windows

· Install new wood siding
